A friend from a drama group I recently joined, Carl Dennie, a DJ and producer has just finished producing his first set of mixes with Ben Jones @ mbjstudios of Billy Griffin 'Hold me Tighter' and Michael Jackson 'Don't Stop', they're very upbeat dancefloor tracks would be at home on a Hed Kandi CD..

Feel free to download the tracks at http://carldennie.podomatic.com/ any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Latest Shoot 'When 2 Tribe Don't Go to War' - Inspiration

It's been a couple of busy months, recently completed my first fashion shoot of the year, really exciting shoot, based on a Tribal theme.

The inspiration came from the stories in the press about the lack of black models on the catwalk, it seems to be being addressed now which is good (Rose Cadero on the cover of French Vogue was great to see) and I really don't think the fashion industry is racist, most of the models today in high fashion are from Eastern Europe, I really don't think it's purely a black and white issue. Anyway the shoot is based on unification, not division, and how the models are stuck in the middle of this. We posed the models together in poses showing compassion and respect for one another. The shoot is called 'When 2 Tribes Don't Go to War', inspired by the Frankie Goes to Hollywood song 'When Two Tribes Go to War'

here's the inspiration for the shoot, photos to follow...
